Breastfeeding Class
My breastfeeding class is a 4 part series and is outlined as follows;
Part 1: Myths About Breastfeeding  - "Not enough milk", "Too much milk", "Nipples too small", "Nipples too big". All myths for most women and will be discussed in depth in this 30 minutes session.
Part 2: What to Expect - What does it feel like? What will I need to do? Is it hard? Does it hurt? All questions answered in this 30 minute session.
Part 3: Getting a Good Latch - The foundation of breastfeeding is a good latch! In this 30 minute session you will learn the signs of a good latch and different techniques to achieve it.
Part 4: Review - 30 minute session to review all learned information from the past 3 sessions.

This class is designed to take place throughout pregnancy, beginning at about week 20 and continuing through week 36. Each class lasts a minimum of 30 minutes and can be done at your own home, anyone wanting to attend is welcome to join. Questions are welcome and addressed during the class.

If your due date is fast approaching, the sessions can be condensed into a "crash course".
